Guests between 15 and 17 years of age must have an adult accompany them to the dive shop to sign the waiver. Guests 12 to 14 must have an adult diving with them or hire a private dive master to accompany them at an additional cost on the day of the tour, and parents must still sign the waiver. Guests 10 to 11 must have an adult diving with them. This dive is for certified divers who have dived in the last 12 months only. A valid C-card and picture ID will be required at check in. Guests without a valid C-card will not be able to participate and are not entitled to a refund.
Participants with heart conditions, a current cold or sinus congestion, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, a severe medical problem, who are or may be pregnant or who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to dive. Health restrictions apply and a waiver and medical statement is required to be filled out by all participants. Please look at the following example:

If you cannot pass the questionnaire, or do not have the required physician's statement, you will not be permitted to dive. Guests not able to dive will not be entitled to a refund so please look at the questionnaire BEFORE booking this tour. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program.
